Sport England 

Some of the lovely people we work with went to a meeting this week regarding all the Lancashire bids for the Sport England funding. For those of you that don't know,

we are applying for quite a large sum of money to extend and roof the skate park and improve the facilities surrounding it.

Sport England like high impact projects and favor bids of over £500,000, and according to the guys who went to the meeting, we're the only ones with that kind of bid in Lancashire.

So, things are looking promising at this stage. More news and initial designs for the extension soon. In the mean time, go skate.
